What we do

We specialise in performance coaching in your sport. We have a high level of experience with running & swimming but have worked with numerous athletes from a variety of disciplines & levels. While we realise that not everyone can afford personal coaching we also offer classes that will assist in the most common weakness we see in our athletes & the gen pop.

Canicross

Canicross is the sport of cross country running while attached to your dog. It has been growing in popularity within the UK over numerous years.Canicross can be run with one or two dogs, always attached to the runner. The runner wears a waist belt, the dog a specifically designed harness, and the two are joined by a bungee cord or elastic line that reduces shock to both human and dog when the dog pulls. Although traditionally started by mushers in the off season as a way to keep their dogs fit any breed can take part as can any level of human runner.

If you are interested in taking this up get in touch & we can help with advice & training if needed.
